‘The Retreat’ offers a weekend focusing on health, wellness & happiness. It is an informal weekend filled with fun activities and enriching sessions.
The incredible Creeksea Barns will be the venue for the weekend events (3rd – 5th November)
The venue boasts 8 beautifully converted barns, nearby café and use of a small spa and gym all set on a picturesque farm in the countryside.
We will welcome 30 ladies on Friday night with a relaxed evening of getting to know each other and a group supper.
We are happy to announce we have the following amazing contributors to the weekend:
Sarah Grattan from Yoga Health & Wellness will kick off the weekend with a group meditation session as well as lead thoughtful debate about how important it is to be nurtured and loved
Jemma from Truly Madly Healthy joining us on the Saturday, she will be hosting a training session followed by a talk on nutrition and hopefully she will bring lots of yummy healthy treats with her.
Caitlin Scheybeler founder of Mamaka will join us and lead a wellness session looking at a key interest of hers – the connections we have with one another and how good connections lead to a happier and healthier life.
Keeley Beech from Yoga4All will be running a group yoga session aimed at relaxing and refocusing for all levels
Plus the very talented Susan Foynes chef and co-host of the YESMUM Moonclub will be heading up the kitchen for The Retreat, providing healthy and warming meals across the weekend
